The colour of porcelain is very consistent. A high quality manufacturing process looks to maintain colour consistency.

More information is on our delivery section but a lorry will arrive, a pump truck will offload the paving on pallets and it will be put a drive way or kerbside. We can’t deliver over fences or hedges . Please see the delivery section for more information.

Each landscaper may have their own preferred method but some general principles can be applied:

Some landscapers put in place a complete very precise concrete base over the area to the paved and then attach the paving with an external tile adhesive. Others lay on a complete wet sand and cement mix and put on the back of the porcelain tiles a primer to help the tiles stick down. The primer plays an important role in ensuring the paving will stick down securely. Gaps between porcelain paving tend to be 3-5mm (quite small) and then a range of brush in materials are available to fill the joints between paving slabs. The brush in material comes in a range of colours to suit your paving

Porcelain is a hard wearing product, however some people do choose to seal it to give extra protection from staining. A quality cleaning product designed for use on porcelain can be found on the website which can be used in conjunction with a light jet wash. Intense jet washing should not be needed when cleaning porcelain which is one of the advantages in having it.

We have included a calculator for each product to help you understand the approximate quantity of material you will need. This will likely be different for each product.

Please note that it is helpful to have a few spares for any replacements or damage that may happen at a later date. We advise you to purchase 10% additional product for these cuts. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of excess material.

Quality porcelain paving provides a hard wearing, contemporary look paving that is easy to maintain. Water and dirt will struggle to get ‘into’ the paving meaning any mess remains on the surface and is easy to clean off .

Porcelain is scratch, fade and mould resistant
