Delivery Information

Deliveries are made by local courier companies that use a pump truck and a tail lift vehicle to deliver to the closet point of your property, if the dwelling is a private property this may mean the paving is left outside if there is no frontage or access to the driveway.

It will be the responsibility of the customer or third party to ensure the goods will not cause a safety hazard.

The delivery lorry will NOT be able to deliver over walls or fences.

Please ensure that access to the front of your property allows for a delivery lorry to park up and un-load, the lorry could be the size of an artic lorry – you may wish to discuss this with us.

The unloading area must have hard, level and even ground to allow safe unloading, the delivery driver will not be able to deliver over soft ground or up a slope.

The delivery driver will not unload materials off the pallet – this is the responsibility of the customer, the customer is responsible for the disposal of all packaging and the pallet.

No guarantee can be made on the time of delivery, but it is normally between 9am – 5pm. All reasonable endeavours are made to ensure a delivery is undertaken on an agreed date but we shall not be liable for any loss or damage however arising directly or indirectly from failure to deliver goods on a specified date.

If orders are received over a weekend or Bank holiday the order will not be processed until the next working day. Customers should inspect their goods on arrival, if there appears to be some damage we should be contacted straight away on 08000 142 152 and the delivery ticket should be signed as “DAMAGED” at the time of delivery
